Free Lou Brown tickets - worth going? I'm skeptical.

I have free tickets to a Lou Brown seminar this Saturday. Not sure I want to go.

I don't like spending tons of time listening to the same old hype and junk... So, not too excited about attending a Lou Brown seminar from 8 am-5 p.m. on my one free Sat. that I've had in 10 months. OTOH, I'd love to go if this will expand my education (my spidey sense says I'll get some stuff out of it, but not enough for the 2 hr. each way commute, and lost Saturday). My other option is to stay home and continue studying for my RE license exam.

Many of you have more experience with this stuff than me.

Is this really worth going to? As title says, I'm skeptical. And I value time.

I'm looking for solid, credible information that will help me grow as an investor. It's several hours from my farm area, so not sure it's worth going to network.

I read your title and first thought you'd scored some concert tickets to a R&B guy, and wondered why you were skeptical, can't you just listen to their music on youtube, see if you like it, chortle chortle?

Are there really humans paying for these "free" tickets? If so, then surely there is some actual content. And maybe there will be a itty bitty bit of networking value to tip the scales.

Guru-rater John Reed has him on his crap list, fwiw, so probably a low-life upseller :)
