Hello all!
My wife and I recently started a real estate investing LLC in the West Palm Beach, FL Area. We own a rental property in GA that was our private home when I was stationed there for the Air Force but are holding no other properties right now. Our primary focus here in Florida is Wholesaling at the moment, eventually we want to transition into Lease Options, Foreclosures, and Rehabbing. I graduated from college last Dec. and am completing some aviation certifications now (I'm also a fixed-wing pilot). I currently serve in the AF Reserves and my wife works in education. Our goals are to build capital to transition into buy and hold properties (multi-families) and replace both our incomes in the next year. Shouldn't be hard as we don't make much! We were told about Bigger Pockets from a Wholesaling instructor with Rich Dad Education.
If anyone has any recommendations on marketing methods to find motivated sellers we'd love to hear them! Happy to be here!
`Nathan
