My tenants texted me after the contractors left and said that they determined that the home did not have lead pipes, so I would imagine that the would inform tenants if the opposite was the case...Are there any attorneys out there that have an opinion on what should be done here?

If will tell you their motivation, so that you can use that to your advantage in negotiating the price.

I was feeling motivated after that program and started looking on Zillow for possible sellers, I called hundreds of people and only one person even considered doing a Seller financing deal  and he then eventually stopped responding, after this I stopped and picked up the books again and here we are. 

Any time you are looking to go to mass texts from a program instead of using text messages appropriately and respectfully, you are looking to spam people.

Biggest challenge we face is finding employees who are motivated and eager to learn.
