How is a text or call to a homeowner who is advertising their property for sale considered an unsolicited contact?

Hi, we are a small operator with 14 doors and Grasshopper told us we can't send texts anymore because we don't have a website.

I personally use the mass text capabilities through my Resident RE CRM.However I have a few friends who wholesale and invest and use Mobile Monkey to mass text and from what they say the price is pretty reasonable.

It worked to motivate the tenant to get caught up. 

My gut say's it's other motives. 

Motivation is an emotional thing.

If the sell is motivated enough, then the wholesaler has all the value in the world.

These people have been labeled as "motivated sellers."

I'm doing tpc compliant texting to motivated sellers to book appointments.
