Denver - Get the Lead Out Pipe Replacement Program

I was just notified by a tenant that Denver Water is planning on replacing the main line from the meter into the home next week (through a subcontractor called AGL Construction). Has anyone here actually had this done yet? We have some expensive landscaping there, and I am also worried about liability issues. Does anyone have any tips besides take good photos of the current conditions? I am waiting for the authorization form to review. Here is a link to the program:
