NEED A MENTOR TO TAKE UNDER THEIR WING AND HELP ME GET STARTED WITH HOW MY SITUATION OS AT THE MOMENT!

So I recently have been thinking about how I can build upon my networking skills and one of the techniques I've seen to gain a mentor is to add value to them or help them in some way but I haven't really seen how to do this.

I even had one newer investor who asked me to mentor him on the rehab and to get the property performing.

Finding a mentor would be great!.

She has a mentoring program  also and I wanted to hear about it from some of the members on this forum.

I am currently seeking mentor ship from someone in my area.

Look for a mentor for whom you can add value, see if you could do some shadowing, and learn from their model.

My mentor told me I have to do that with buyers because they might not want to be cold-called.

I would never mentor or aid a money chaser.
