Hey BP family!

I'm just getting into real estate as a college student and like many of you, the opportunities and rewards were just so enticing. I'm interested in single-family homes and wholesaling, and I guess what's stunting my growth in this field is just the amount of info. It'd be great to connect with those in Hudson or Essex county here in NJ!

@Devante Charles

Good for you getting started while you're still in college! I know what you mean about the information overload, I also suffer from that ailment. Look for a mentor for whom you can add value, see if you could do some shadowing, and learn from their model. That might help to limit the information to only what is necessary for taking action.
