Hello all, just wanted to reintroduce myself as a an investor in the Muskegon/Grand Rapids area! I had to step away due to family obligations but I’m now looking to get back into the fray. I’m excited to meet you all and get this back started!

Short Term Goal

Learn more! When I started I was solely focused on wholesaling as the end all be all to my immediate success in REI. But as everyone already knows wholesaling is just the tip of the iceberg when you consider the multitude of ways you can get your feet wet. Since stumbling back onto BP I am learning that it is possible to get into bigger deals. I just need to learn how. Short term specific goal is to wholesale & seller financed/lease options.

Long Term Goal

Multi-family units and commercial units are enticing for the immediate & long term returns. I envision creating enough capital between my other strategies to position myself into this space. Additionally, I want to change the world. Which means building my business into something that is much bigger than supplying my family with a good sustainable income.
