so do you recommend that I obtain a real estate licences, maybe go back to school an get a business management degree or take one of the courses for property management?

I got my Licences a few months ago and will just tell you what I would have done knowing what I know now.1. keep your day job so you can qualify for loans if not your will need a partner with lots of cash I did I was lucky .

I have passed all of the requirements for the licence and am looking for a sponsoring broker.  

I imagine your friend that got their licence last year didn't try very hard.

Hi, I recently got my RE licences and now I'm working my license, what I mostly want to do with my license is to take advantage of it for investment but I want to get some advise as where and how do I start.

Before anyone pops up with a "get your own licence", I agree that is the best advice, but we are not US citizens, so that is unfortunately not an option, unless someone knows a loophole I am unaware of?

I heard from a couple sources NY state requires a Real Estate Licence but I'm not fully confident in this source.  

Ian - Looks like Ohio has an 120 hr pre-licence requirement, to be completed at an approved institution which meets State guidelines (accredited for 2 yr degree programs or above).

I've read a fair amount of books and done research into licencing and would love to get a better idea of the profession.
