How to get into property management?

Hi all I am new on BP and I am actively looking to get in the real estate game. I want to have a strong focus on property management, so my questions are, how did you get started in property management ,what are the steps to getting into this position? is there a certain degree that I need to look into? I would be coming from a non experienced background as well. any advice would be wonderful.
