New RE agent and want to learn how to invest

Hi, I recently got my RE licences and now I'm working my license, what I mostly want to do with my license is to take advantage of it for investment but I want to get some advise as where and how do I start. I like working in the RE field but I feel that it's taking to much time from my family and we'll my ultimate goal here is to invest in the RE by flipping houses. Just want to get the right ideas and see if any 1 can point me to the right direction. I know as far as buying and get a contractor and selling. what steps or what kind of team to i look for. Thanks for the help.
