New RE agent, how do I take advantage of it for investment ?

Hi,

I recently got my RE licences and now I'm working with a team. He's great and teaching me a lot of stuff but my ultimate goal here is to invest. Don't get me wrong, being a broker is good and all but it takes way to much time off your family and that's not what I want. I want to be in REI bit don't know how to begin. I just did a flip and basicly was a flop. I'm glad I was able to get my money back but all the time spent to and from the stores for material and dropping it off. I know now that I need a team.

But what I'm saying now or more like what I'm looking for help is in how do I take advantage of the license and what steps do I take to get moving to the right direction...

Thanks in advance to all that takes their time to read and share.

P.s. love BP

@Gustavo Ruvalcaba The MLS is a huge competitive advantage if your market still bares good deals ! Secondly, resources are huge as an agent. You can usually find someone who knows someone who knows someone from your brokerage that can answer a specific question you are running into. Lastly, you can be the agent for your flip deals ! You can take advantage of that and bank some commissions when you buy your properties
