Hi BP,

I am a Colorado resident and investor purchasing and selling 1-2 properties per year.  Im wondering if it makes sense to get a real estate license to save on sales fees.  I have passed all of the requirements for the licence and am looking for a sponsoring broker.  Are there sponsoring brokers who would welcome this opportunity?
