Looking for a REI friendly realtor in the Myrtle Beach SC area.

Hi guys, my partner and I are looking for a referral for a realtor in the Myrtle Beach SC area to help us find fix and flips. Ideally it would be a realtor who can help us find the properties and then list them afterward, so far we seem to have found buyers agents or sellers agents and we would like someone to close the loop. Before anyone pops up with a "get your own licence", I agree that is the best advice, but we are not US citizens, so that is unfortunately not an option, unless someone knows a loophole I am unaware of?
