Hi All, I'm new to the Bigger Pockets world, and real estate investing in general, but I"m excited to be here learning from the site and all of you.

If there is a downturn of any kind in the economy and people start losing jobs I think there will be an extreme flood of foreclosures in new homes. 

My advice to a real estate newbie would be to capitalize on all of the free resources this site has available at your disposal.
