Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Commercial Loans

Curious of a good contact on financing 5+ unit apartments with the 30 year amortized Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loans. My local banks do not have knowledge in this area, and perhaps that makes sense as the local banks often don’t deal in this area as it is a federal loan. My investments are in Omaha. Thanks for the input!!!

@Chris Pomerleau A lot depends on the size of a loan. Some lenders only start with about $1mil plus. How much are you looking for?

@Upen Patel, perhaps you can make a recommendation.
