Moving back to CO, looking to network

Hello, Chad here. I’m planning on moving back to the Denver area from Charlotte in the near future. My only experience with real estate is as a standard home owner. I work in tech, and want to start real estate investing after I move back to CO. It would be my goal to eventually move entirely to an income based off real estate. I’m looking to start networking with people in the Denver area, and finding out more about the market. I’d like my first move to be a house hack, that would later become a straight up rental property.
