Hey guys! I'll chime in with a few answers to these questions:

1) The annual price of the Pro Membership is $390, not $340. So it will be 20% off the $390 price.

2) Yes, this is only available to Pro Annual members - we want to tie long-term value to our memberships, so many of the features will be for the annual package. 

3) We are working fast and furious to get the remaining states launched. We figured that we had about 90% of the US population covered with the current states, so we decided to roll out, but @Craig Curelop is doing a great job at finding more lawyers, and of course the team here is all working together to make sure that quality is maintained for each new state. Craig and Mindy have really been a big part of helping bring the forms into existence and coordinating the project.

@Brandon Turner of course was a huge help in actually helping us model the leases. 

I want to give a special shoutout to @Lauren Hogan and @Mindy Jensen for their contributions to this project - we could not have done it without them!

A BIG focus for this year is to work hard to add more value to our Pro Memberships. While we of course believe they already are a big help to our members, we want to keep adding perks and benefits relentlessly. Lauren, who I mentioned above is really the workhorse driving that effort for the Pro Memberships, big, big thank you to her! She was huge in coordinating the transition of these forms to a Pro Membership Benefit.
