You have to have to marketing campaign to at least 6months and understand real estate, construction cost, etc etc... having access to the MLS also helps.

I have been educating myself from a variety of sources thus far and have recently started my first direct mail campaign.

I was doing 4 to 5 campaigns and repeatedly target 50-60 households.

Here in Ontario, Canada, a direct mail campaign can't use any of the above because they don't exist due to our privacy laws.
