Hello BP community! I am a married father of five finally starting my REI journey. I have been educating myself from a variety of sources thus far and have recently started my first direct mail campaign. Very excited to finally graduate from gathering knowledge to actually taking action. My vision is to react to each buying opportunity appropriately as a "transaction engineer." I may assign, sell As-Is or keep a property as determined by the numbers. I don't see myself rehabbing. I hope to have enough success to one day enable my wife to retire early from teaching (such an energy draining profession). I am so grateful to BP members for all that they have shared in allowing me and others to learn from their experiences. Wish me luck and I look forward to many years of interacting with BP members and hopefully eventually "giving back" to members as an experienced investor.
