Even after trying to pick the better ones.Now I know I can search online, I can use a realtor, I can send out a mail campaign, I can cold call, I can go to auctions.Are there any other strategies you would recommend to find deals?

We changed that with:✔️ Follow-Up Campaigns – Sellers who said “not now” were re-engaged after 15, 30, and 60 days✔️ Drip Campaigns – Automated sequences for non-responsive leads✔️ Re-Engaging Old Leads – Checked back with sellers from 3-6 months ago🔥 15% of deals that month came from sellers who initially ignored us!
