Even after trying to pick the better ones.Now I know I can search online, I can use a realtor, I can send out a mail campaign, I can cold call, I can go to auctions.Are there any other strategies you would recommend to find deals?

These platforms allow direct engagement with your target audience.Email Campaigns: Reach out to investor focused real estate agents and property managers in other major cities who may have clients seeking Florida investments.

I've seen my investor clients keep text campaigns pretty targeted as they prefer quality over quantity.

Lastly, don’t forget about marketing outside of just digital listings—direct mail campaigns to military bases or VA-approved buyer lists could give you additional leads.

You can literally fund a marketing campaign for MONTHS instead of paying for one of these. 

Now I also agree with the majority of answers... this maybe just a very catchy campaign offer and nothing more than that
