I am an entrepreneur and business-minded so I actually spent my time last year traveling the states (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Seattle, Las Vegas, Austin, Chicago, New York) while promoting a clothing line I launched.

If it is filled with stress and travel I do not recommend owning little house with renters.

The main renters are traveling professionals who typically stay shorter periods (I.E. 1-3 month leases).

I selected Allied for a few reasons: (1) Online classes are better suited to my schedule as I am required to travel from time to time in my present occupation as a DoD Intelligence contractor and (2) Allied honored my VA Education Benefits.

Many just rent a land base and travel, some have no land home and they have good tips on getting rid of stuff and making the move.

The only difference between you and them is that they actually live here, or travel here a few times during the year to check on those investments.Adding your salary for principal pay down is not a bad idea.

My suggestion would be to do some online research and reach out to somebody through the website to get more information but plan on actually going to some of the meetings (which means traveling to the respective city for a day or two each month).That being said, I don't know if you'll have much luck finding somebody who will want to partner with somebody who has no experience and no money to bring to the table.
