Hey everyone,

I'm Leland from Denver, I'm 29 and I work as a travel agent in Denver. I'm about to come into property as one of my uncles will sign over his older condo to me, an early inheritance so to speak. Anyways, I currently have no use for the condo and I was thinking about flipping it. As I have virtually no knowledge of the real estate business, I signed up here to get some much needed tips and info and I'm certain I've come to the right place.
