Joining a REIA in another city
Hi,
I am trying to find ways to fund my first real estate investment and I am thinking about trying to find a partner. I want to move cities in about a year or so and wanted to invest in the new city. I am thinking maybe Tampa, FL (where I went to school) or San Diego, Ca.
What I wanted to ask was, has anyone joined a real estate investing group in another city to try and find a partner? I am not sure if this would be a good idea for me but I would rather invest in another city where I may be moving to.
Does anyone have an experience trying to find a partner in another city?
