Hey BP community,

I am a new member residing in Aurora, CO. I've been on the forums for quite sometime now and have an interest in real estate investing. I've been learning a lot on the forums, blog, podcasts, and BP youtube but also have been blessed with the help of 2 friends who have experience with fix and flips & buy and hold rentals as well. I am eager to learn as much as I can and figured what better place then to start networking with the BP community here too! I am an entrepreneur and business-minded so I actually spent my time last year traveling the states (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Seattle, Las Vegas, Austin, Chicago, New York) while promoting a clothing line I launched. After experiencing the different cultures and lifestyles, it has opened me to seeing life in a different perspective which currently at the age of 21 years old, I am motivated to achieve financial freedom with real estate investing.

I am essentially interested in doing fix and flips on SFH & owning rental properties. If there is anyone in the CO area new or experienced to real estate investing, feel free to send a reply or msg! I am open to chat or have lunch as well to build on ideas & investment opportunities. Ideally I would like to build strong relationships that will benefit both of us on our investing journey.
