My name is Taylor Kolon and I currently reside in Columbus, OH. I stumbled across the BP Podcast one afternoon on my way to South Bend, IN for work and I was hooked. I’m still in the gathering information stage, but it seems the buy and hold approach with single and multi-family units is best suited for my situation. My fiancé and I would like to use our full time jobs as a primary source of income to reduce risk. We've been successful at developing our professional sales careers thus far and the path of investment real estate has much more potential than the conventional methods we have been using.

I’m excited to be a part of the BP community and I look forward to interacting as much as possible. Any advice or thoughts on the Columbus, OH market is always appreciated.
