Any of you live outside the U.S  or have experience on countries where the dollar stretches' the most, Im biased in Bolivia, SA, because my family is from there , im fluent in spanish and been visiting on/off since i was a child, longest time i stayed there was 1yr.

Has anyone used an affiliate marketing strategy to refresh their property, create unique experiences and provide local products to their guests?

I would say having family nearby could be beneficial if you think they could be of any assistance.

My gut tells me to give her a second chance but my brain tells me that I don't have enough experience in being a landlord to take the risk.

How much experience do you have?

I don't want to experience the same with learning about land.  

On the plus side, once you have more experience and have a system in place you can hire an ISA to help with the initial calls so you can only talk to the 1-2 hand raisers you can find every day.

I was pretty happy with what proper provided and have had good experiences with them for other properties.
