Country where the dollar stretches' most

Any of you live outside the U.S  or have experience on countries where the dollar stretches' the most, Im biased in Bolivia, SA, because my family is from there , im fluent in spanish and been visiting on/off since i was a child, longest time i stayed there was 1yr. Currently you can find 1000sqft apartments in decent neighborhoods starting at $45k and homes starting at $60k , this is info i found online Bolivia is one of those places where people are still old school and you find the best deals by word of mouth.
