I like a lot of commercial or non mfh apartments like mobile home, self storage, office space but I am not sold on the retail side.

I really saw the power of real estate when she sold a mobile home on 2 acres in SC for ~$100,000 profit.

I've always had an interest in real estate investing but as the years pass the desire to make it happen has become a burning one.  

I have a few lots that could fit the mold for nice Mobile Home lots or small spec houses ( $100-120k price range). 

I would be interested in hearing how this one turns out, if its a mobile park and they haven't been there 7 years it might be worth looking into.
