Newbie here - be gentle! :-) Looking for resources on BP site

I'm still learning the site and generally have to view on a mobile device, so I think that's hindering my searches a bit.  Anyway, I'm looking for the best resources to learn about funding flips with no money down, private lenders, etc.  Also, just basic information on getting started.  I thought I found a link to a BiggerPockets free course, but now I can't find it again.  I promise I'm not a tech idiot!  LOL  Not looking for someone to do the research for me, I just need a little help getting pointed in the right direction.

I would also love info on learning about rehab flips, how to locate properties, who to talk to to get those private lenders, and how deals work with realtors, etc. My husband and I are completely new to REI, but willing to learn. We're attending a three day class over the last weekend of this month (Fortune Builders - no intention of joining their ranks - only attending class because we were able to get it for $200 total), and hope to gain some valuable info there. I'm really hoping it's more than a three day commercial for their ridiculously priced mentor program.

All that to say, any info on getting us in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.  We would eventually like to get into multifamily units, but initially we're both drawn to rehab/flip properties.

Thanks for reading this far and I hope my questions get more intelligent really quickly!  LOL  Thanks, again!
