Considering my first investment.

Buying a small piece of land in an up-in-coming area of town and building a tiny home on it.

All in for land and tiny home being under $50k.

Would like to get connected with tiny home builders near Jacksonville. Who do you recommend?

Goal is to rent tiny home for $1000/month.

What’s the likelihood of finding a tenant that will pay $1000 to rent a tiny house? I’m honestly asking. It is also my understanding that most local governments have minimum home size rules that present a hurdle for tiny homes, but hurdles are just par for the track.
