New here! Would like to invest "virtually" if possible?

Hey everyone,

My name is Roland and I currently live in Guam which is almost a day ahead of the US! Talk about time zone differences! I'm married with two young boys (8 and 11 years old) Currently, I'm a full time pastor of a thriving, contemporary church made up of mostly young folks (college age and below) as well as young families. It's exciting and keeps me pretty busy. However, the passion for real estate burns within me! Investing from Guam is challenging. So I'm looking for creative and time proven strategies to implement in my investing strategy and business. Whether it's ways to wholesale "virtually" from abroad or by investing in somebody else's business which will give me a healthy return. Any words of wisdom? I'm open to hear them! Dave, Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm curios about your name "Visaya"? Is that your last name or a nick name? Just wondering if you're filipino? I'm half filipino as my mom is from the Visayas (Leyte). I'm currently living in Guam but plan to relocate my family to Las Vegas in December where I will jump into Real Estate Investing. Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you as well as others here at BP!
