I've noticed a lot of pre-manufactured homes that are quite a bit cheaper the standard built on site homes.

The neighborhood isn't too bad (I grew up pretty close to it), it has strong industry and manufacturing (small Midwestern city), so the economy is pretty stable, too.I've been looking around to try and answer the neighborhood score, but have no idea where to find that data.

If I was the seller under contract, I would absolutely instruct my broker to continue to take offers. 

Also...You can highlight the same thing when you send them their check in instructions.

Part of my W2 job is a financial controller for a decent sized lumber manufacturer.

I did not install this floor, so I don't know the age, brand name, or if the manufacturer's installation guidelines were followed. 

It's been a week talking to customer service and they keep sending me cut and pasted instructions that do not work to edit license number on listing.
