Hey Orlando BP Family,

I am a contractor im Va Beach looking to relocate to Orlando area within a year or so.

I'm looking for advise on housing in the area. My wife and I currently rent, but are looking to by when we move.

I've noticed a lot of pre-manufactured homes that are quite a bit cheaper the standard built on site homes. There aren't many home around here like that so I am not familiar with them.

Why are they cheaper? Do they appreciate normally? Is there a downside to them?

Thanks!
