Hello, I am looking to place a new manufactured home (likely a 3/2 built by Clayton) on land in a growing market.

There are controllers on each end for 1-player or 2-player games, then a second set of controls on the side for head-to-head games like Street Fighter.We have a cheat-sheet with instructions under the glass, and we have a book with laminated pages that lists the instructions and the games.

I also included some instructions to help. 

Long story short, land is on loan and I’m purchasing a manufactured lot as a temporary home/future ADU to my final build.

Also who ever is representing you can just go direct to the title company and request they send out mutual release instructions ( which they do all the time) your not being represented very well by your agent. 

Manufactured homes are in a different classification than a modular. 

Hello BP - I am seeking advice and samples for move-out and cleaning instructions to provide my tenants.  

They have very professional products, usually for less than $10 and with instructions on how to use the product.

Use IRS instructions to understand the definitions.

Also, are you trying to avoid one with an ice maker--potential here for additional maintenance if any issues arise.I've had Whirlpool, Samsung, Frigidaire in properties without any issues.Make sure you're aware of what the manufacturer warranty covers things such as parts, labor, and compressor.
