So after posting yesterday that we haven't had many issues with our well, my first missive from the Mrs. this morning was "the water pressure's low".

I'm hoping it will mostly air out, but I have a feeling I'm going to be repainting the apartment for the second time in less than a year.

My HVAC guy noticed prior to even attempting to run air though the state that the pipes connected to the furnace were disconnected due to not being properly winterized.

The project is being tuned into a 6 unit (all 1bed/1 bath) that half will be air bnb and the rest will be long term rental.

One's credit profile doesn't simply disappear into thin air because there are no debts showing on their credit report.

If this is normal... maybe she needs her thyroid or her blood pressure checked. 

That should allow any peak demand to be attenuated until fewer people are using the system.An even better option would be an uninsulated tank like a pressure tank which would allow it to warm faster, but even the insulated water heater will work.

I'm shocked that they aired this episode.
