What did you think of today's BP podcast episode (Episode 500)?

Robert Kiyosaki of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" sees a real estate crash coming. Do you see a real estate crash coming?

I agree with many points. Right now, I'm wearing a T-shirt that I bought a week ago. It says "THE FINAL COVID VARIANT *IS CALLED* COMMUNISM" and it has received a lot of comments with people generally in agreement.

Rich Dad Poor Dad was a phenomenal book, I imagine it has changed countless lives and the way people think in a positive way. He deserves all the credit in the world for that one.

But somehow predicting crashes has become the #1 marketing strategy for selling books, seminars, coaching, and such. He, like many others, has been predicting crash after crash, year after year for almost a decade, selling book after book. Doom and gloom sell, but take it with a grain of salt.

All I'm saying is if someone wrote a book saying the market now will be similar to the market 6 months from now, that's not very exciting and no one would buy it.
