Quick question, Im about to rent out my Primary residence and it has a bar in the basement in which I have a mini refrigerator and wine cooler, I also have a microwave but plan on taking that out.

Everything is opposite in a cooler market climate.

It was seriously leaking and the problem was the evaporative cooler was re-installed incorrectly after the roof was done.  

When I got the report I was super overwhelmed lol -- I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first one with a house that old... but I had the seller fix a few things, my electrician did a few things, the plumber fixed a few leaks, the house has a swamp cooler that I had to have looked at, and my dad and I did the rest!  

The website is cooler looking and works 1000 times better than VRBO.

While they are waiting for the new fridge you can always provide several coolers and ice for their use in the meantime.Gail

What sucks is that my apartment is in a location where it takes a direct hit from the sun, so it gets super hot inside the apartment, even if outside is a little cooler.
