It was seriously leaking and the problem was the evaporative cooler was re-installed incorrectly after the roof was done.

When I got the report I was super overwhelmed lol -- I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first one with a house that old... but I had the seller fix a few things, my electrician did a few things, the plumber fixed a few leaks, the house has a swamp cooler that I had to have looked at, and my dad and I did the rest!
