Question About Rentals with Bar(mini appliance)

Quick question, Im about to rent out my Primary residence and it has a bar in the basement in which I have a mini refrigerator and wine cooler, I also have a microwave but plan on taking that out. Im debating if I should take it out because of additional maintenance it might be. They both our newer (prolly a year old) stainless steel, but it also looks really nice and shows well. Anyone have experience with this situation in the past and can give any suggestions.
