New Shingle roof leaking of Tampa FL.

We had a roof was installed in Jan-2017. Started to see leak since first storm of Jun. The roof company send repair worker 3 times and told us the tall nails caused the issues. Left the leaking spots on our roof. Unfortunately a serious leaking on same area happened now again. We stopped the roof company send the same repair worker and asked to re-do entire shingle roof. The roof company still send the repair worker to our home. After install the roof, the old tiles was left on our gutter and blocked the downspouts! Does Anybody know where to ask for help for this poor quality roof work in Hillsborough county? Or we have to sue this roof company? One of the largest roof company of this area. Thanks for sharing.
