Over in Hawk's Ridge in Ball Ground they have some really fancy exclusive subdivisions with their own pad for landing helicopters and stuff.Definitely some more upscale areas in GA than where I live.

They will be able to afford a sfr but many will choose multi because they don't have the discipline to save a down payment or they just want a crash pad with no maintenance.

We do not have a specific loan-to-value limitation, but we need to be confident that there is sufficient profit in a deal, not only because we want our borrowers to succeed but also because a borrower's profit is padding on the deal that protects us in the worst-case scenario of us needing to take over the property.
