I am selling my home by owner. My question: if a buyer has a contract with a realtor and we go to closing, am I, still responsible for the realtor fees? Even though I have no contract with a realtor?

With the internet and things available to buyers these days realtors don't find the houses to show, buyers find the houses they want to see and request showings. If your real estate agent says they don't want to show you a house you want to see because it is FSBO fire them immediately and get a new one.
