If I am doing an electronic signature (I use DocuSign for this), then I will ask them to go onto a Screen Sharing Software (I use gotomeeting.com) and ask them to log into their Accounts to verify their Credit Information.10) At this point, Applicant has been fully verified and is now a happy tenant!
