The new way to find a real estate agent

So I recently started searching for a real estate agent and came across this site bidformylisting.com  It seems like a no brainer.  I don't necessarily need a lower commission rate but I do want several agents to compete for my business. The last agent I went with definitely did't earn his commissions.

Every agent finds a different marketing strategy that seems to fit with them.  You may luck out...but I would simultaniously seek out a personal referral. A genuine referral from a colleague or friend is often a win-win and you may find that the agent will go above and beyond if they have a personal connection with the referrer.
