Hello Everyone

My name is Terrence Ruffin.  I new to all of real estate and I have recently became a member of bigger pockets. The past couple of weeks I've been trying to learn all I can from what there is to offer about the different strategies. I want to do the Buy & Hold strategy so I've been doing a lot of research on that topic. In September I will be moving to Fort Meade where we will be making our first purchase, hopefully a multi- family home.

A little about myself: For the past 5.5 years I have worked as an electronic countermeasures tech in the Air Force. I have learned a lot from being in the service, but I am ready for a change. After leaving the military I plan on continuing my professional bodybuilder building career while going to college. I was the youngest professional bodybuilder in 2014 at 21yo, I have won two titles since then and I am currently ranked #9 in the world in my division.
