I literally found out about real estate investing by accident on youtube.

Unfortunately he was involved in a car accident on 1/14/2017 and lost his life. 

So I found BP by accident and honestly can't remember how I ended up here.

The only thing that came back in that other than her 9K civil judgment (against her) for a car accident was the fact that the system did not have any records of residential addresses for them for the past TEN years.

But tenant had once accident (it might not even have been him, it could have been the friend).  

@Brian Henderson sorry to hear about your accident, when are you going to be able to get back at your job?

There are so many different opinions on the subject ranging from no health risk to bigger then nuclear accidents (and everything in between).I would think anything posted, there would be an equally compelling argument on the exact opposite side of the spectrum.

I got into this by "accident". 

@Oscar Macal You received some good advice from @Arlan Potter I'll just add a few things that might help.Your concern about a car accident causing someone to go after other assets is a legitimate concern.
