Dumbest things from a tenant or prospective tenant?

This is just for a good laugh. I know landlording is a business and can be tough. Anyone ready to share a little humor of what you've encountered?:):)..... my top  of the list was a tenant I was about to evict who told me with a straight face that he was late for 3 months rent "because his wife had died"....Oops, I had just gotten off the phone with her and she was alive and well... :):)
