Hello Everybody--if there's something newer than a newbie I'm it! I literally found out about real estate investing by accident on youtube. I was looking up strategic foreclosures (long story that includes 1. Screaming nightmare neighbors from he** 2. A "Jackpot! Lemme-Hold-That-Assessment-Check-For-You" HOA and 3. A gaping hole in our bathroom ceiling...but I digress)

Anyway, after bouncing around the internet for a while, I finally landed here.  I've already learned a lot, and I'm looking forward to learning more--great site!

Once you've digested the BP info and settled on a strategy, maybe we can JV (sorry, forgot you were newer than new... Joint Venture) on some deals in the area.
