Hello everyone, my name is Andy Albi. I have currently graduated from college with a B.S Civil Engineering. I am currently a Project Engineer for a construction firm. I have always found it interesting to be able to own your own business, especially now that I have begun to work for a firm. Now that I work a full time job, I have realized that a salary is not enough. I do not want to be living pay check by pay check. I believe real state will enable me to accomplish this goal and many more.

I have no experience with real estate but I WILL NOT LET THIS TURN MY GOALS DOWN! I have been reading so much information and I haven't been able to stop. I know that this is for me, I just know it.

From what I have been reading, in the next couple of weeks I would like to acquire a 203k Loan. My goal is to purchase a du-, tri-, or four-plex. This will fulfill some of the loan requirements, owner occupant, while I rent other(s) units. It will allow me to do some rehab work by adding the cost into the loan. Now regarding my long term goal, is to become a developer. I would love to one day develop neighborhoods and cities.

Thank you so much for all the information because it is very helpful. Looking forward in growing as a real estate investor and contributing my knowledge to BP. Please fill free to comment and/or contact me.

Best Regards,

Andy Albi
