We've owned one rental before (unintentional landlords due to a move) and loved it, so we are in the process of using Bigger Pockets regularly now as we begin our research.We are currently focused on the Nashville / Hendersonville / Gallatin area of Tennessee as we have family there who can assist with first hand knowledge, but are exploring all options, and are open to any/all ideas and advice!

I stayed in an Airbnb in Nashville about 2 years ago and was shocked to see the entire building (19 floors) was airbnbs.
